General questions

• Do I need an account to request a consultation or a quote?

  No. You can browse our work and send a consultation or quote request without creating an account.

• Is my consultation request a confirmed booking?

  Not yet. When you send a request, our team contacts you to agree a suitable time. Your appointment is confirmed only after that.

• Is a quote request an order?

  No. Your first submission is a project request. Work is agreed only after you review and accept an itemised quote.

• Can I bring my own design?

  Yes. Bring your design and we'll execute it the way you want. You can also ask our in-house team to design your space.

Interior Design & Complete Fit-out

• Do I have to use your design team?

  No. Our in-house team can design your space, with layouts and 3D visuals before we build, or you can bring your own design and we will execute it.

• Can you do just one room?

  Yes. We take on anything from a single room to a whole home or a commercial fit-out.

• What happens after I send a request?

  Our team reviews it and contacts you to arrange a consultation or site visit. Sending a request is not an order, and it does not commit you to anything.

Designer Ceilings

• Can you make a ceiling from my own design or a photo?

  Yes. Share your drawing or a reference photo. The team will review it with you, check it against your room's measurements and confirm what can be built before quoting. Laser-cut patterns can be cut to your design.

• How long does a ceiling take?

  It depends on the room size, the design and the lighting. We do not give timings before seeing the space. The team will discuss the expected schedule with you when your quote is prepared.

• How much does a designer ceiling cost?

  Every ceiling is different, so we give an itemised quote after measuring your space. The main factors are the area, the complexity of the design, the materials and the lighting you choose.

Interior Woodwork

• What board do you use?

  We work with MDF and plywood and recommend the right grade of board for each use. The team will explain the recommended board for each item before you approve the quote.

• Can woodwork be combined with lighting?

  Yes. Cove lighting and wood detailing are often planned together, for example in wood-detailed ceilings and feature walls.

• Can you match a design or reference photo I already have?

  Yes. Bring your design or reference. We will review it with you against the measurements of your space and confirm what can be built before quoting.

Bespoke Furniture

• Can you build furniture for an awkward space?

  That is what made-to-measure is for. We measure the space and design the piece around it.

• Do you make modular kitchens?

  Yes. Kitchen and wall cabinets, including modular kitchens, are part of our furniture work. Tell us which appliances you plan to fit so the cabinets can be planned around them.

• Can I choose the colour and finish?

  Yes. Finishes such as veneer and laminate are chosen with you before production and listed in your quote.

• Can one piece do two jobs, like a reading unit with a sofa-bed?

  Yes. Combined pieces such as a reading unit with a sofa-bed are something we make. The team will plan the dimensions and mechanism with you.

Flooring & Finishing

• Can new flooring go over my existing floor?

  Sometimes. It depends on the existing surface, its level and the new material. The team will check this during the site visit.

• Can you create a marble or tile feature wall?

  Yes. Tile and marble feature walls are part of our flooring and finishing work.

• How is flooring priced?

  By measuring the area and agreeing the material, pattern and preparation needed. You receive an itemised quote before any work starts.

Wall Painting

• Do you prepare the walls before painting?

  Yes. Putty and primer are part of our painting work. The preparation needed depends on the condition of your walls.

• Can you paint a mural?

  Murals are part of our wall painting work. Share your idea or a reference, and the team will discuss the design, size and finish with you.

• Do you paint exteriors?

  Yes, exterior emulsion is part of our painting work. Tell us about the building, and the team will confirm what is possible after a visit.

Floral Frosted Glass & Hardware

• What is floral frosted glass?

  It is glass with a frosted, patterned surface, often floral, that softens the view through it while still letting light pass. It is commonly used for partitions where you want privacy without closing off a space.

• Can the glass pattern be customised?

  Share the look you want. The team will confirm which patterns can be supplied for your project.
