What we collect
When you send a consultation or quote request, a property enquiry, a viewing request or a listing report, we keep the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), how you prefer to be contacted, the area you describe, your message and any files you choose to upload.
If you create an account, we also keep your email address, name, language preference and a securely hashed password. If you list a property, we keep the property details, its photos and any documents you upload.
How we use it
- to reply to your request and arrange consultations, site visits and property viewings;
- to prepare quotes and manage projects you accept;
- to review and publish property listings and pass enquiries to the person responsible for a listing;
- to keep the website and your account secure, for example to stop spam.
We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing messages only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who can see it
Interior requests are seen by the ghorbanao.com team. Property enquiries and viewing requests are seen by the owner or authorised agent responsible for that listing and by the ghorbanao.com marketplace team. Ownership, identity and authority documents are private and are seen only by ghorbanao.com reviewers.
Photos and files
We remove location data from the photos you upload. Files you send with a request are private to you and the ghorbanao.com team. Listing photos are shown publicly only after a moderator approves the listing; ownership and identity documents are never published.
How long we keep it
Retention periods are still being confirmed with a legal adviser and will be published here. Until then, you can ask us to delete your information.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy of your information or ask us to delete it. If you have an account, you can do this from your profile. The contact for privacy requests is still to be confirmed.
