This website presents ghorbanao.com Interiors, our interior design and execution work, and ghorbanao.com Properties, a section where owners and authorised agents can list property for sale or rent.

Requests are not bookings or orders

Sending a consultation or site-visit request does not book an appointment: our team contacts you to agree a time, and only then is it confirmed. A quote request is a project request, not an order. Work is agreed only after you review and accept an itemised quote.

Quotes and changes

Each quote lists what is included and excluded and how long it is valid. An accepted quote is kept exactly as accepted. If the scope changes later, a revised quote or a change request is prepared for you to approve.

Payments

Online payment is not available on this website. Payment terms are explained with your quote before any work is agreed.

Property listings

Listings are provided by property owners and authorised agents, and ghorbanao.com reviews every listing before it is published. The details, prices and photos still come from the lister. A verification label covers only the check it names and never guarantees legal ownership. Sending an enquiry or a viewing request does not reserve, rent or buy a property.
